1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and booking our apartments, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Reservations and Check-in

• Booking Confirmation: A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a valid Booking Reference Number and confirmation notification.
• Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure, unless agreed otherwise.
• Identification: Valid government-issued photo ID is required upon arrival for security purposes.

3. Payments and Cancellations

• Payment: Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to secure the reservation as per the detailed payment instructions provided during booking.
• Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary based on the package selected. Guests must review the specific terms at the time of booking. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Guest Conduct & Property Damage

Guests are expected to treat the property and staff with respect. Any malicious damage, theft, or excessive cleaning required after departure will be charged to the guest. Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited to ensure the peace and privacy of all residents.

5. Liability

While we take extensive security measures, 2 Jem Apartments is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay. Guests use the premises at their own risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
